CERG
The Crestview Estates Residents' Group, Inc. is a Colorado non-profit corporation. It is a voluntary group of residents in the Crestview Community who share common interests.
CERG Is:

A voluntary, nonprofit residents’ group

A forum for sharing information and building community

A coordinator of social, educational, and preparedness-related activities

A way for neighbors to connect and collaborate informally
CERG Is Not:

Not a homeowners association (HOA)

Not a property owners association (POA)

Not a regulatory or enforcement body

Not an authority over land use, architecture, or covenants
Participation in CERG is voluntary. CERG does not impose rules, fines, or penalties, and does not act on behalf of residents in a binding capacity.
