Hi Neighbor,
Welcome to our beautiful foothills community north of Boulder, Colorado!
Crestview Estates—and our neighbors in Crestview South and Streamcrest—form a friendly, connected neighborhood surrounded by open space, wildlife, and mountain views.
We’re glad you’re here. This page will help you get to know our area, find resources, and connect with your neighbors.
About CERG
The Crestview Estates Residents Group (CERG) is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization that represents residents and supports community life.
We’re not a homeowners association (HOA)—membership is completely voluntary—but we do a lot together:
Maintain the neighborhood entrance lighting and landscaping
Coordinate community events and social gatherings
Share news, safety updates, and local resources
Promote wildfire preparedness and mitigation
Annual voluntary dues: $25 (or $27 if you’d like to cover credit card fees)
Your contributions help with neighborhood safety, fire readiness, entrance maintenance, and community fun.

Crestview Overview
Crestview Estates was established in 1966–1967 and sits at the southwest corner of US Highway 36 and Lefthand Canyon Drive, just north of Boulder. The community includes around 150 custom homes on lots averaging 1.5 acres of natural landscape.

Protective Covenants
The original Protective Covenants were recorded in 1966 and 1967 and automatically renew every 10 years. They’ve never been modified, but can be changed by majority vote of property owners.
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Covenants establish an Architectural Control Committee (ACC), currently made up of three residents. If you’re planning a remodel, addition, or exterior project, email the committee at:
Residents’ Group History
Incorporated in 1993 as the Crestview Estates Property Owners Association, Inc., the name changed in 2010 to Crestview Estates Residents Group (CERG) to better reflect our inclusive, community focus.
CERG has no enforcement authority—it’s all about cooperation, community, and connection.
